How We Report
The Carnation reports from Alliance first. We use named sources whenever possible, distinguish reporting from opinion, label sponsored work plainly, and correct the public record when facts change or errors are found.
Verification
For reported stories, we seek primary documents, direct observation, named interviews, and a right of reply when someone is criticized or materially affected.
Updates
Routine clarity edits may be made silently. Material factual changes receive an update or correction note.
